i applied for my Canada study permit on 9 December and got my biometrics done on 12 December. My classes are going to start on 6 January and my PAL will expire on 21 January 2025. how many chances are there that i will get my visa processed or how many chances are there to get my visa?

Your visa is unlikely to be processed in time for you to start school in January. Posted processing time is 11 weeks.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Processing times are 11 weeks and you applied extremely late. Most likely visa processing will not be completed in time and you will need to defer your studies to a later semester.
