Can anyone help me with this dilemma about selecting one option from viu or langara?

VIU - told that need to travel for 2 hours through ferry and part time job prospects are low in nanaimo.(told by counsellor)

Langara college - indian students don't prefer this college don't know the reason(told by counsellor)

I don't know the real scenario about this issues. Please kindly give your precious opinions and help me to take admission.
