Has anyone submitted a LOE instead of the RCMP report, if so what did you fill in the columns as document name , document number, issue date and expiry date.

I put RCMP Criminal Record Check - Letter of Explanation as the doc name, DCN as the doc number, fingerprint date as the date issued and 6 months from that date as the expiry
