No, am in Nigeria, I want to submit my application so they said I need either statement of account or proof fund, so I don't understand the two, is it statement of account or proof fund and how much can I have in the account.
The pilot program is closed to new applications for 2020. IRCC isn't accepting further applications at this time.

You'll need to wait until January to submit your application.
If you are applying when it reopens then you have a job offer so you don’t need to show proof of funds.
So when the pilot opens in January make sure your employer has your job offer ready to submit
It is all in the link provided. Do you have a job offer. You need language tests, medical, ECAs, police reports to begin. Then there are the application fees (around $1000 probably)...in the link.
