Guys,

Does anyone know what's the maximum score a FSW candidate ( With and Without Spouse) can obtain under EE? I guess this will be a good information for us to analyse shall there be a FSW specific draw in the near future.

Your input is highly appreciated!!!

Without spouse Maximum a person can get is 520

Max point for age 110

PHD Degree 150

High IELTS Score 136

Add Second Official Language French with high skills 24

Transferability Points
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (levels 6,7,8) and Points for CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities gives you 50

3 years or more of foreign work experience + Points for foreign work experience + CLB 9 or more on all four first Languagr abilities gives you 50

So in total it becomes 520.

Correct me guys if i am wrong.

You mean, a FSW candidate who is not qualified under CEC? Then it's 520 (without a spouse) or 530 (with a perfect spouse who happens to have Canadian work experience), since maximum points for Canadian work experience are 80 (no spouse) or 70 (with a spouse). If you don't exclude those who are qualified both under FSW and CEC, then it's just 600, of course. The highest score below 600 in the spreadsheet is currently 527, btw.

Guys i wanted to be sure of one thing and thats about the caps

On CIC website it is written that for CEC the CAP is around 20000 and for FSW it is 50000.

Now given a scenario if CEC cap is filled (and it will probably be filled prior to the FSW cap due to 80 (max) points of Canadian Experience). Will people qualifying under CEC and FSW be issued ITAs under FSW ? and filling up the FSW cap , since it a point based system ?
