We have Afghans this year and the pandemic is still out there.
Sure but now they are actually wel equiped to work from home + all the other implementations to deliver responses.

Is not like the've done nothing since all this craziness started.

I got the same email...
we're workng on your application..

I wonder what to read from this...
Does it mean wait longer.. or its coming soon.?

and estimated completion time was 8 weeks... now its 22 weeks!!!
so it is not exactly ESTIMATED, is it now, IRCC?!

I applied on March 5th and finally got my BVL last week! Hoping to get my PPR soon! From one of the threads, I read someone receive their PPR 2 months after receiving their BVL and I have do not have the time for that.... :(

P.S I sent two webforms to get to that stage ( different times).

Sorry for the irrelevance,
But does having the BVL means that your visa got approved?
Or not necessarily?

No, for Fall. I'm a PhD student at the University of Saskatchewan, and since all classes are in the zoom, I've been keeping up with everything. The sad thing is, I can't get my stipend until I arrive.
Did you get your result?
