What's the deal with Banglore visa office?

I applied for my study permit on 11th July from Hyderabad vfs. It has been 4 weeks already and only medicals passed(26th july). I know I am freaking out and its normal but I've seen other members on this forum who has applied for visa far before me and still haven't gotten their visa and this freaks me out as my date of travel is 22 Aug. Please post your status below and lets share and support each other through this stressful time.

Me too applied on 11 July Hyderabad vfs. It's in process in Bangalore embassy

Current processing time is 5 weeks and 99% decisions are made within processing time limit (Unless something is missing in application).

in few of my friend's cases, nothing got updated till the end of 4th week and all of sudden everything got cleared just before the end of 5th week.

So it will come, best of luck

Hello All,

I applied in University Category on July 22 at Hyderabad VFS - Paper based application.

MBA - Ottawa - Hyderabad VFS - Bangalore Processing Office.

Today on August 9th I got medical results as 'Passed' .

I am hoping I can get my visa soon.

Applied on 8th from ahedabad vfs... still waiting.

finally processing time reduced. now processing time is 4 weeks
