Yes, there is a way for you to come to Canada, the US or any country you like. No money needed.

Do well in high school, extremely well. Do community things and show you have a special subject you are very interested in. Learn English and perfect your writing. Take advance college credits. Then, use your high grades in school, the community projects you did and high SAT scores to apply to universities and financial aid. It means you want the foreign university to teach you for free, and pay for your housing and food in exchange for just being a student with them.

If you have that dedication and personna by the time you're 18 or 19. You will be surprised at how many universities/colleges will be extending full board scholarships to you. Especially high-ranked private universities in the US.

Note that there are VERY few schools in Canada that offer undergraduate scholarships for international students and of those, almost none offer full scholarships.
