I received my WES evaluation and completed writing IELTS ( waiting for my results). Meanwhile, Can I start the process? I want to apply for PR under Skilled Immigration Express Entry. Please, let me know how I can start my application.

you can start filling your EE application with the available details. you wont be able to submit it till u update your ielts score. once submitted..system will calculate your CRS score and put you into the pool for ITA.

Will I be able to create profile after WES completes my ECA but I don't have papers in my hands yet?
