· The medical examination results are on file and valid until January 18, 2019.

· The criminality verifications are currently valid.

· The security verifications are currently valid.

· The file is pending a final review and decision.

I see your other post. You applied in November. The target timeline is 12 months. It means that you're still well within processing times, and you need to wait for a decision to made.

They are also stating that factors can affect processing times and not all will be processed within 12 months.
