Thank you all for your replies, but I need to confirm the following. those are the required documents to apply and get CSQ as first step, right?!

1- Application-selection-certificate-dyn.pdf
2- Background DEclaration
3-DECLARATION OF INTENT TO RESIDE IN QUEBEC – ECONOMIC CLASSES

do I also send the following documents after I get my CSQ or before?

1-EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
2- WORK EXPERIENCE
3- PROOF OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
4- POLICE CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES
5- FEE PAYMENT
