What's going on can someone pls explain more

I applied did my Biometric and submitted my application since 18th October via paper work in Nigeria, i only tracked my app and got that Your passport has been processed and ready for collection on 26th November and since then i have not heard from them again, anything wrong pls ...what could be the status of my app...pls i need you to help

Did you try going to VFS to pick up your passport?

Contact VFS, they might have your passport.

The words "ready for collection" were in the message you posted. That WAS the message, and you already received it.

So u got response in 6 weeks? I submitted my application on 28 October 2019, completed biometric 30th October. But haven't heard anything till now,.status still under review... Please let me know ur outcome
