What's between medicals received and PR?

Hello Gents,

My ECAS has recently changed to "medicals received" status, can anyone please explain to me what are the stages left until receiving a PR and if you know what is the estimate timeline for each stage

after i got my medical done in november2012,they asked for police certificates and few forms to be filled in january2013.then they asked for passport photocopies on 10th april and then asked for original passport after two weeks n i got my visa after four days.this is for provincial nominee i am talking about.they said they might ask for an interview but they never did.
