Also, knowing everyone's status with annoying notifications is going to be a hindrance and its not going to speed up your application in any way,shape or form.

If your argument is that you'll shutdown Whatsapp notifications, then thats the purpose that this forum solves. Why not just visit the forum and the spreadsheet once a day.
