what would be the processing time for coming new pathway of getting pr in Canada

I just want to know that what would be the processing time of getting pr after an application in new pathway of immigration from IRCC. would it be a same as express entry or if more then how many months?
what should I do? bus I am going to complete my 1 year of experience in this coming September. so I was worried, should I apply in this new path way or in express entry?
which option give me best and fast way to get my pr?
