i presume you were not a manager.
2173 might be your noc, you should check to confirm it.

however, 2173 is not on the ministerial list.

Thanks rupesh..could u please send me the link where i should check for the NOC codes and can i still apply under the noc code which is not in the ministerisal list?

its one of the first links on the FAQ posting in this forum.

You have to have one year of experience with a job on the ministerial list, have a job offer or have lived or studied in canada. You should read www.cic.gc.ca and go to the immigration section and read the rules.
