HI,

I am 28 years old and I am from Pakistan. I am planning to apply for a study permit for Canada in April 2015 . I am getting admission in MBA/CPA (International Student Program) at Brock University which is located in Ontario. I want to know what would be chances of getting a visa and what is the success ratio of student visas from Pakistan these days?? Are they giving out visas easily or is it difficult to get one ?? And can somebody share a good sample of SOP to help me write my SOP.. My details are as follows:

A very strong bank statement to cover all financial requirements.

BBA (Hons.) Marketing 2010 (Pakistan)

MSc in Management and Finance 2012 (U.K.)

Ielts Overall 7.5 (L 8.5 , R 7.5 , W 6.5 , S 7.5)

Internship at Nestle Pakistan for 2 months in 2010.

Worked with my father at our FEDERAL TAX CONSULTATION FIRM from 2013 to 2014.

Joined a bank one month ago as Assistant Relationship Manager.

Hai Usman, Jaymin I am too from pakistan.. It would be great id you give me your fb id or mobile number for whatsapp? As I have same plans as you got for CPA.. I am doing A'Levels for now. I would like to contact you for some help.

Hi jaymin,

I have following reasons for going to canada for further studies:

I have job opportunity in Pakistan but unfortunately salary is not good enough for me and career growth is too slow these days.

I wanted to do MBA and a degree in accounting as accountants are getting more jobs and better salaries almost everywhere in thr world and luckily i found brock university's MBA/CPA program.

In canada I can get work permit after my degree and avail better oppotunities and work experience. And if I get a chance I can also apply for PR in canada..

Now can u respond to my first query ?? Plz thanks

Canada is better than Australia, Australian economy is not as big as canada and very imprtly USA world biggest economy is a neighbor of Canada...
I m also vry willing to go to Canada, Waitng for my visa... :)

I think canada is better in many ways but the only problem is I guess its really hard to get Canadian study permit . thats why I am seeking help from forum memebers to guide me

Its better to go for higher level program than MBA as you already hold MSc degree.

Hi silent3y3s, as for me & my GF, we will be applying this May 2015, she has been accepted for a 2 year Business Administration-Accounting diploma program in a College in Alberta, she has a Bachelor's Degree in Management Accounting & Master's in Special Education from the Philippines, she opted for the Accounting since she wants to pursue it this time. Would this be fine?
