what would be changes in ONTARIO PNP for international master students

i have heard that there is gonna be some changes in canadian PR rules specially federal skilled class. may b for international students as well. every body is strongly recommended to discuss.

what would be rules for international students finishing their 2 years masters in ontario.
please highlight.
right now the rule is, if you have completed degree from ontario and you have lived in ontario, for atleast one year.
you can apply for PR.
