What would be better for us?

me and my fiance are about to get married im from canada and shes from the us, shes currently here for a visit but we plan to live together here in ontario or quebec (not sure yet) in september, i was wondering if we get married now at town hall is it better to start a outland process or inland ? (keep in mind that she will be here with me in september so that gives us about 8-9 months where she will still be in the us).

If she wants to be going back and forth, it is better to apply outland. Besides, it's faster.

not really shes here now (in canada with me) then she will leave and only come back in september and stay

A requirement to apply inland is that she lives in Canada. If you get married now at town hall and then she is leaving again and will not be back until September, you could not start an inland until September. It would take approximately 9 months for her to get first stage approval and open work permit with inland and it often takes another 9 to get PR.

If you marry now and apply outland, she would very likely have her PR before September.
