Hi, I just want to ask if I'll be eligible to apply for Canadian PR. I had my exams on 30th of June, and results were released recently. My scores were
Listening: 7.0
Speaking: 6.5
Reading: 6:0
Writing: 6:0
Over all band score : 6.5

Applications for PR are not just about IELTS scores although higher the better, have you assessed your CRS score ?

This score renders you eligible but may not qualify necessarily

Education - Bachelor of Science Major in Medical Technology (4 years)
Working Experience - 4 years in Medtech ; 3 years in Medical Secretary
Do you know how to get my clb score? Based of my results?

your scores are too low. you need at least an 8 band overall to be competitive.
