There is no such time frame that , it depends on your luck, some people gets them in 5 days, some not even in 5 weeks.

OMG i'm planning to apply july last week, bcoz of some financial problem, will they give a decision before the commencement of classes. my class will start august last week. thank you everybody..

U just need to apply before 31st n u will get it so dont worry n try to arrange funds asap
