What type of visa for restoration

Hi guys,

Need help on deciding on my situation.
I have been waiting for my nomination result from the province of Nova Scotia. The problem is , I'm already out of status and within the 90 days to restore my status. Please give me some advice on what and how to choose which to apply in order to restore my status while waiting for my nomination to work permits result.

Hi

As you don't qualify for a work permit, you need to restore your status as a visitor.

If I will apply online for the visit visa, how long will it take normally?
Can I declare that I am waiting for my nomination that why I need to apply for visit visa?

You are not applying for a visit visa; you are applying to restore visitor STATUS. These are 2 different things.

Restoration apps can take several months to be processed.

Oh yah, changed condition as visitor visa right?
Will it take some months, I do ask someone also who done it and got theirs in two weeks time.
