What type of education need to select for 4 years of diploma for Indian education

I have done 10,12, then 3 years of diploma and and 3 years of bachelor degree. I directly enrolled to 2nd year in both diploma and degree. My confusion is on WES portal that to select type for diploma studies as a type of education?

Usually tbey ask to send/upload highest degree of education but just to be sure put up a query. Hope this helps.
