I am not too sure if the embassy will accept a conditional letter, i assume they wont. I have an unconditional offer from Mcmater and UoT for Electrical Engineering. But i will be applying for Uoft.
I would advice u get all ur application forms and documents ready and apply as soon as they send u a letter without any conditions after u submit ur grades in august.

Bro the uni has sent me the offer of acceptance (conditional),they say u can apply for visa with it.now what?

In Canada, universities refer conditional offer as unconditional offer by UK or Australian universities. Both letters meaning are same. You can apply for visa once you have received offer from the university thoguh make sure if there is no deposit requirement by the university.
