What to write in: "Has Assad applied for Permanent Residency before?"

Hi,

I have received an ITA now and filling the online forms. One of the form in Immigration History and Citizenship asks:

"Has Assad applied for Permanent Residency before?"

What do I have to write for this ? 2 years back I have created a profile but did not receive an ITA due to lower points. Should I mention YES and write down my PR file number or should I select No ?

please advise

I have already selected Yes and submitted the documents. Would this mean they will reject my application now?

I don't understand.
You posted the question, and applied anyways without knowing the right answer, despite receiving a correct answer 10 minutes after initial post?
You should've answered "No".

What is more confusing is when you tick "Yes", new questions appears asking for previous application number and previous UCI...
So what did you enter in those fields? As surely you couldn't have left them empty...

Raise a CSE via webform and explain you mistakenly ticked Yes.
