What to take for medical

HI I got the ITA and anyone tell me what should I take with me for medical

Book an appointment and asked them specifically what to bring.

The hospital told me the following:

1. Recent colour passport photo
2. Passport for each person
3. Spectacles (if needed)
4. Children’s clinic card and vaccination records
5. All relevant forms and letters received from the Canadian offices

Yours might be different.

If the clinic has e-medical, you dont need photographs.

Take prescription of your medicines.
