What to submit for CoPR?

Hey,

I just received the attached letter and it says two things
1. I need to submit my CoPR in order to get my PR card
2. They are going to send my PR card

I am confused about what to do and when I asked CIC they didn't give me a clear response.

My question is whether this very letter my CoPR?

Does it say "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" on the top?
