What can be attached to show ties to home country ?
My mother has a house , and 3-4 vacant lands in her name .

Please tell me what type of documents are required ?

Anything else other than property to show home ties ?

Anything else other than property to show home ties ?

must show financial ties bank account statement, property deed, lease agreements
if you have a leave of absence from an employer can work too.
owning motor vehicle.

If you have children there birth certificate noting you as a parent.

The documents must be listed under your name to be accounted for.

showing visas from other countries with you have returned from and not overstay will help your case too.

Personal travel history (request from your country entry exit for you passport)

Signed letter from friends with addresses in you country with contact info could help.

More information the better.

Please note you must out weight ties you have in Canada with Ties to your home country.

Don't stamps of exit and entry on passport suffice ?
