There is more than one slot where you can upload your documents.

So one for job1, one for job2, etc, one for passport, one for degree, one for PCC... etc

If you have more than one document to upload for job1 then you need to upload them together in one PDF file.

Ah no, I guessed there was somewhere separate for each section,

But for jobs it would be one PDF upload containing:

Job1 (UK)
Reference letter
Pay slips

Job 2 (Canada)
Visa
Reference letter
T4

Job 3 (Canada)
LOE - I worked here, applied for lmia and work visa, worked on implied status, stopped when visa refused
Visa
Lmia submission fax

Guys.. i had forgot about mentioning a visa refusal i had 8 years ago when i filled my E- APR. However i realized my mistake and sent an updated Schedule (A) form and a LOE via CSE to CIC. I did this after 17 days of AOR and before i got any request from CIC. Would there still be any negative impact on my application?
As i have already rectified my mistake and updated CIC.
I am too tense.

I gave an LOE for my affirmative statutory questions and was never asked for a Schedule A. If the officer is satisfied with the LOE, then they wouldn't request for a Schedule A anymore.

This is exactly how OP should proceed. A clear and concise LOE will eliminate the need for additional requests from the officer.
