what to do now please..........

.hello everyone.......!!


My partner and i are about to submit our application and the application fees is in two ways.:

1. 550$ for the first part .

2. 490$ for the second part.

so now i just want to know if its ok for us to pay the first part. and later pay the remaining part. please what is your advice and opinion..?


And on the other end, we heard that we can pay the first half of the fees there in canada, and when the the cIc is ready to issue the PR visa, they will call me to make the payment. so am not sure if this will affect the processing time. or do we have to pay all the complete 550+49=1040$ at once....???

please tell me if its ok to pay the first one and later pay the balance....the application is under "family class"

NOTE: we have everything ready, only the payment left. :-

you can pay later, but if they have to request they can take their sweet time in doing so and yes, it likely will delay the process somewhat... i paid the application fee immediately and the resident fee a couple months later before the processing was anywhere near complete (and before they asked) and my application was not delayed... i suggest paying it as soon as you can and before they ask if you are concerned about timelines..
