@ Zardos, I think LHJP is talking about the permanent residency application letter. My mom received one as well last 2010. It still in process though. Are you an LC2 or LC1?

Ah, so the mother has not yet "landed" as a PR using a COPR document, she just has an invitation to apply for PR? Very big difference.

LC1 is the one who works in Canada while LC2 are the dependents. I think these terms were only used here in the forum. Btw that question is for zardoz haha.
