what to do in canada with my PhD

I am actually new to Canada (Toronto region) and to the education system in here, I would like some help to build myself back to the educational system. I have a Bachelor of Math from Syria, Master of computer applications from India and got My PhD in Business administration from India as well. I am not sure what is my first step to start work or do equivalent to my education please help

Search for lecture position in Canadian universities. But they may need Canadian qualifications?

As you have done MCA from India , I will suggest you to find a job in the technical field. If you can not find the technical job here or if you need to brush up your skills take some courses at Canadian colleges. I will suggest you to take the course in mobile app development if you are thinking about it.
