After submitting my eAPR on Feb 28, I just realised that in the submitted Audit Report (a supporting document for my self-employment records), one page of the original Report was missing to be scanned and uploaded. This page from the original document was not in English or French, but the translated version of the Report in English was complete and also notarized.
I'm now wondering if I need to send IRCC a Case Specific Enquiry form by adding the missing page back to the Report?
