What to do? i did a mistake in Schedule A

please help after i sent the medical request and schedule A i noticed a mistakes in spelling and instead of writing iwa s unemployed from

1993,05 to 1993 ,09 i wrote 1993,05 to 1993,05

so what should i do now?

1. the schdeule A with mistake...
2. the corrected schedule A...
3. a letter explaining the mistake and correction...

highlight the mistake and correction using a marker...

i had done the same when i made a similar mistake and they accepted it without any issues...
