What to do? Applied on 22 July under SDS but no response & last date to defer is 30 august

Hi, I'm a research student who applied under SDS stream from Pakistan. Biometrics updated 27th July, medical 23 August, Eligibility 25 August. My classes are on 8th September and last date to defer is 30th august. Please guide me if there is anything I can do to speed up my visa application as people who've applied later than me have gotten PPR. So far, I've raised 1 web form recently only and 1 last week.

No way to expedite and processing is around 12 weeks so you are within normal processing times

If 30 aug is last date, try to negotiate with university. Your visa can come until late October.
If no other option left, please defer.

It's an estimated processing time. Right now many / most applications are unfortunately taking longer.

That has not been followed in years.
