What to do after your cic account has locked up

I apply for online TRV visa to canada and they asked about security questions and I accidentally give the wrong answer to them. My account has locked up. I have been trying to callI.T. In canada after waited 2 hours ish they send me an email telling me that I need to send informations to question@cic.gc.ca I think I sent everything that they need. I don't know how long I have to wait till they get back to me. Anyone has an idea what to do, who I can talk to to speed up the process because I am in the crunch time. I have already booked ticket. Thank you

Hi, I have the same problem, did you find any solution, or did you received any answer from question @ cic.gc.ca?
Can you advise me what to do ? I tried but didn't find anything in the internet.
