I have done with free WES free ECA,, my becholar of commerce is equal to canada 4 year becholar, but ny masters of commerce is considered as 1 year diploma, althogh i did m.com in 2 years. Now what should i do as i am to appear for ielts exam, which is in jan, 2016. Along with the preparation i want my education assessed.. Can i do it? Now plz sir or mam anyone suggest me how to get assessed in CRS tool or is there anything else which i can do

You have to get your educational credentials assessed by WES. You can do that right away - IELTS has nothing to do with this process.
You will need to create an online profile with WES, make the payment, generate a reference number, work with your University/institution to prepare and send transcripts (for both your credentials) as required by WES for your country and wait for WES to send you the official ECA report.

Ok thank you so much sir,, what is the procedure of preparing transcripts, if i have done my degrees in a college, authorised by a university, then transcripts will be made by college or university?
