What to do after receiving COPR

Hi All, I got COPR. To get my PR card what doc's i need to mail? In the COPR it has mentioned i need to mail COPR copy and 1 photo. Is that all required?
There is a address mentioned in COPR document.

Etobicoke IRCC – PR Card Photos
5343 Dundas Street West, Suite 105, Toronto ON M9B 6K5)
DO i need to send the mail to that address OR some other address?
I have dependents. Can i combine all and send as one mail?

Yes on the same address you have to mail nd you can combine documents of both

What are the things to update after receiving eCOPR as someone already inside Canada. I know SIN will need to be updated.

Health Card, your employer, bank....
