Hi, I had submitted my nominee application on 7th Dec 2015, and on 9th may 2016 i got Acknowledgement of Receipt.
What to do after that.

While creating CIC profile there was a question "Have you nominated by any Province. (The box was blocked to "NO" that time)

however today i noticed that now i am able to edit it to "Yes or No".

So is this the way to go .

actually at here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-failure-t340301.0.html,

it has been said that one may get communication by ontario regarding approval of nomination long after the actual time period gets expired .

please guide.

Thanks,
Gagan

Nothing to do but wait, since there's a gap from OINP AOR to OINP nomination. You can't select "yes" until you actually have an official confirmation of nomination from Ontario (and which needs to be electronically and officially communicated to IRCC by Ontario). I suggest you wait until you hear from Ontario before you make any changes to your EE profile (unless, of course, your or your spouse's IELTS score changes and/or your or your spouse's ECA is updated etc.). Best wishes.

Basically what MooseNBooze said- you don't do anything yet. You don't do anything till you receive your nomination. Once you do, it will actually be added to your profile automatically, so you don't even have to worry about changing the answer.
