What to do after getting JD's issues refusal letter.

Dear all,
as we all know the london office sending refusals letter based on JD's issues. This decision is made on unethical ground. In this sending them reconcider letter is frutless, further apeal in fedral court is very expenses and most of applicants cant aford this.

So in this situation what may be the save way? Plz comments

Haral, as there is no thire option but at the same time both of these option is also usless.
They have already decided not to give visa and sending blind refusal.

My real IT experience in a leading bank is not satisfying LVO. I think we Pakistanis are being cut back mostly.

Actually it seem to be a planned deal what the CIC had to collect a lot of dollars around the world to make their Economy Stronger and than after long time they would refuse one by one.

By their this action, they prove that they really selfish people.

Dear All victims of MisMatch JD's Refused.

Come and think seriously about the solution of this issue, we all have lost our precious time and opportunities. They could not play with our future like this.

I have received refusal letter and refund in six months is mentioned.

I thinks almost all of refusals based on JD's mismatch are from LVO and mostly for Pakistanis.

What is your online client status say now. my address has been appeared again
and new line is added that if we have sent letter to wrong address let us know.

I have sent the reconsideration letter on 16 May 2012. I think reply will come in almost one month. My case is very genuine and all major duties of NOC are mentioned but it is not copy paste but it is in real experience wise. Their refusal is a surprise and shock for me that how they can reject such a clear cut case.
