I'm sure there was some confusion as sam439's first post on this thread said that money will be borrowed to show the funds required. Any advice on that matter would suggest that we agree that this is an acceptable method of fulfilling the proof of funds requirement.

I also feel that Nameer starting the thread and sam438 asking a question in the middle created some confusion too.
 
The only advice I support is that the money must be your own and you have to be prepared to show proof of that.
 
Also these are two different questions here. For Nameer, its obviously at an advanced stage as the visa officer has raised an objection as per the thread title. 6 months' statement needs to be provided with no irregular credits and debits. These should ideally show an average and closing balance as per the minimum amount stated for the family size.

sam439's question is apparently pre-filling of a new application hence just a balance certificate would work as long as the money is not borrowed. Ideally though, a 6 month statement with the required amount would be the best case scenario.
