What to do 7 months and biometrics letter not received

Feb 01 SA
Feb 01 bio req payment
Feb 04 Medical Request (completed and passed)
Aug 16 aor 2 and processing at LVO

Now it has been so long I still have not received biometrics letter for my wife the applicant. My rep usually monitors emails and I check the ecas. She looked at my gckey still nothing. Also would it show for the biometric request on ecas and an email sent to our gmail to do it? Thank you for your responses and help

When they send u biometrics letter, on ecas it will say something like this: we sent u letter on...
mine also took 9 months to receive. London visa office

Biometrics has been the last stage in the process for me and my wife as well. It came literally three weeks before we hit the 1-year mark, and we were given 30 days to do it. So yeah, the process does't seem to follow any normal order - you'll get it eventually.

We're in the security screening/background check now. We submitted the police certificate some time ago and then it was silence for a number of months, and so I'm assuming that the biometrics is all that's left before we get the yes or no.

yeah you guys are all right aha. Patience is our best friend in this process. I will patiently wait I am still close to 3 months away from dec until the 1 year being fulfilled.
