What is recommended way to contact for contacting London Visa office. Choice is

1- Email to re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
2- Send visa specific inquiry to LVO by filling webform in the website
https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/case-cas-eng.aspx

I have sent reconsideration letter via postal mail. Now I have to contact LVO. Please advice it. I have already sent email to re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca.
Is it ok or I should go to visa specific inquiry only.

Kindly recommend and suggest.

Reconsideration letter by post will be required, which you have already done.

Don't nag them by sending email or CSE ,which may disturb your reconsideration letter. Give them time to go thru the letter.

You should definitely send it via email within 30 days limit using scanned copy. I myself sent email plus postal mail. You should be safe from 30 days limit. In the email mention that you have also sent letter by postal mail. Although DM status showed that letter was written on 23 April, 2012, but on letter date was 25th Arpil,2012 and it reached to me on 8th May,2012.

However you should send documents asap when possible.
