What to choose between Lakehead and Memorial

Hey Guys I have got an conditional offer from Lakehead University and an unconditional offer from Memorial University, both for MSc in COmputer Science course based programs.

What uni should I choose ? Which one will offer me more benefits?

Per semester its 1250 CAD. But initially we might have to pay 20000+ CAD as special fee.

I think us Indians need to deposit first year fee before proceeding to the visa application.

since memorial has 3 sems per year so it should be 1250 X3 = 3750 CAD.

I'm really confused with this fee thing and they dont even mention clearly on the website.

I applied to MSc Computer science.

They have just provided http://www.mun.ca/sgs/MinimumExpense.pdf
I'm not able to understand how much fee I need to deposit for visa application from India.
