One of my cousins has been refused for a study permit from CHC Isl, based on these two reasons.
1. Your Travel history
2. Your ties in Canada and in Pakistan.
Extra info:
His study permit was refused by USA and Australia before so his previous passport had application recieved stamps on the last pages. He had never traveled outside Pakistan and he was also single.
He could change his travel history in the near future however he is not sure how to go about fixing the second reason.
What does "your ties in canada" mean? the only info he has provided me that his elder brother married with a pakistani girl in Pakistan and later she became a permanent resident while his brother was also a US citizen, working in the USA but never lived in Canada for too long. He filed for her Canadian immigration in islamabad but due to some differences occurred in their relationship he came and divorced her however his ex-wife became a PR without his prior knowledge. In the family composition form, he never mentioned that his brother was living in Canada. He mentioned that he was living in the USA and that was true. He is unab;le to understand what does "your ties in Canada" mean? Can he change that reason/situation?
