what the deadline for submitting the applications for FSW

I know that the FSW is open till end of December, however, I want to know if I still can send my application in the last 10 days of December, As my IELTS exam on 6th of December and will get the results on 19th.

Is CIO closed after 24th of December for holiday, or they still able to receive my application in this period.

I don't think it would be a good idea because your application will not reach there in time, better wait for another week and apply under Express Entry.

You can still apply but make sure they get your application by 24 of December. Even if they close the program by the end of December they can review your application until April, 2015. So use fedex dhl to send your package as soon as you get your ielts results. Which NOC are you applying for?
