HI all
My question is me and my sponsor both living to gather and now we are doing to send our application to eCIC office but the problem is we have to check list in my check list they when you complete forms send to your sponsor but we are both living out side Canada and applying from out side, now my question is my sponsor have check list and in her check list they ask my forms so now my wife should marge our application and send to CIC or we should make separate envelope?

The sponsor is the one that sends all the documents. So you must have only one envelope, sent by the sponsor to Mississauga. Just put everything in the order specified by the checklist (don't staple them, just put them in order) and everything will be ok.

Your forms should be in one folder- Your sponsor's forms in another. Both folders in one envelope your sponsor sends them to Canada

I'm looking at the checklist and I don't have any idea what you are referring to.

There is only 1 checklist - this one http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5491E.pdf It is called DOCUMENT CHECKLIST - SPONSOR because the sponsor is the one that applies for himself for the sponsorship and in behalf of his/her spouse for their permanent residency.

That's all the documents you need to send. They are detailed in order: forms that need to be filled out by the sponsor, forms that have to be filled by the sponsored person and any dependent family member coming with you, now or in the future. Then there are the supporting documents, again from the sponsor and from the sponsored person and any dependent family member coming with you, now or in the future.

You put everything in the order from the checklist and that is the envelope the sponsor needs to send to Mississauga.

as per my country specific Instruction as i am Pakistani so they give me other check list and at the start they said complete your application and send to your sponsor person but hear in this case we both living gather and applying out side from Canada also one more thing my sponsor took my form and put with her application but i still have some forms which her check list did not asking her so i thing we should send with her check list as a additional forms.

amjad1002 - messenger told you to put 2 folders in 1 envelope, not to send 2 different envelopes.

No matter if you and your sponsor are living together or on different continents, the sponsor is the one that sends ALL the documents to Mississauga. Everything has to be in 1 (one) envelope, sent by the sponsor.

If you have additional forms, then put them after everything that's in the checklist. We sent our application having everything in the order specified in the checklist, with every additional document added at the end.

If you feel better with the documents divided by sponsor and sponsored person, put them in 2 different folders (that's what a folder looks like http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j00vChTHVDdZWbP/Paper-Folder-SG-PE14-.jpg - but make sure they are no metal parts in the folder).

ok i got it and yes we did same like first we complete my sponsor check list and what ever is balance we made another folder.
