What should I mention in sending fingerprints to IRCC.?

Hi all.

Please let me what should I mention to send a letter with fingerprints to IRCC.
They mentioned me to send it Vancouver office.
Should i also send the copy of the letter I received from IRCC as proof if they need?

When you get fingerprints done, the fingerprinting agency usually sends the results to cic directly. If in case you receive the results, simply add the cover note, mention your name, address, client id etc and also send the copy of the fingerprinting letter sent by cic to you back to cic.
