What Should i fill

Hi all
I am big confuse about country specific forms like i am living in South Korea legally with my sponsor i am national of Pakistan and i want to submit my case here in Korea (Manila office) because i have done one year hear now i fill IMM 5669 schedule A background/Declaration and now i again see in country specific form that they ask me same detail like my education, my work history,RESIDENCY QUESTIONNAIRE CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION ISLAMABAD,PAKISTAN even i fill all detail in IMM5669 so why thy asking me again this is there i am doing wrong pls reply with your experience because if i fill this country specific form so CIC will send to my home country and from my home country the case time is so long 28 months but i want to submit my case from Manila (Phi) pls help me out.
also if this country specific form are necessary so how can i inform to CIC that i want to process my case from Manila (phip)

Dear Amjad

First you have to fill whatever question they asked you in the forms, whether they it is already asked or not, second if you fill the country specific form with the for Pakistanis, it does not meant that your applcation will be processed there, there could be a possiblity that South Korea CHC may ask some details of the Pakistan office, but the processing office is a choice of yours and you should not worry about that.
