What should I do without a LMO?

My work permit expires on Nov 10, 2012. My employer refuses to apply a LMO for me. I can only get a job offer letter and the employment verification letter.

Is it for sure that I will be rejected?
Is there any other way to work it out?

Anything else I can provide to save the situation? Like an evaluation of my work?

Has anyone got your work permit extended without a LMO?

Without an LMO it's for sure that it will be rejected. If your employer isn't willing to do an LMO - then you'll need to find a new employer who will do an LMO if you want to remain and work in Canada.

My company is one of the biggest insurance companies. Does it even matter at all?

It kind of impossible to find another emplyer in so short period of time. not even one example who succeed in this without LMO? Is it not even worth trying, in whatever ways?

I regret to tell you that without a LMO you will not have your work permit renewed. I work for a company that is been in business for 47 years. I tried to renew it without LMO and I got it rejected and the letter of refusal asked me to present a LMO.

My employer helped with with the LMO but didn't get quite lucky... long story.
